In accordance with the work requirements of the Bei Ran Group Discipline Inspection Commission, the Party branch of the company organized all the members to study the newly revised regulations on discipline and punishment of the Communist Party of China on September 27 and October 17. It assigned a newly revised "regulations" reader for all party members. Both meetings were presided over by Chen Qiming, secretary of the party branch of the company.

At the two meetings, Chen Qiming, led us to study the new "regulations" together while stressing the relevant work requirements of the Bei Ran Group Party Committee's "the notice on Organizing the whole system for Party members to carry out online Learning". The main contents and significance of the revision of the regulations are expounded in depth. At the same time, it has also explained the "provisions on the honest practice of leading personnel in state-owned enterprises," urged party members and cadres to strictly abide by the work standards for honest and clean work, and urged ordinary party members to do a good job in supervising leading cadres in real time.

The meeting demanded that all party members should profoundly understand and accurately grasp the essence of the "regulations," remember the Party's bottom line of discipline through study, and never touch the forbidden zone of conduct specified in the "regulations." The new regulations are the embodiment of the provisions of the Party Constitution as an important weapon for further tightening up the cages of the party governing system. All Party members should closely integrate the study of the "regulations" with the study of the Party Constitution in accordance with the annual theoretical study plan, study other laws and regulations within the Party, further strengthen the awareness of party rules and regulations of the party constitution, and consciously transform the "regulations" into the their rules. They should have firm ideals and beliefs, keeping in mind the fundamental purpose, carrying forward the fine traditional style,  to establish noble moral sentiment and strictly understand the discipline of the Party.
