Located in Tongzhou district of Beijing, the project provides Beijing city sub-center energy station with heat supply , cooling and electric power energy demand.

Energy supply area for administrative office and coastal living, covers an area of about 6 square kilometers and building area of 3.8 million square meters.

The first phase of the project (core area of the government affairs) covers an area of about 1 square kilometer and the building area is about 1.2 million square meters. It is proposed to install 

four 3352kw gas internal combustion engines and supporting facilities such as photovoltaic power generation and buried heat pump.

The project has been preliminarily evaluated by experts and is now in the process of preparing the feasibility study report.
