Kangzhuang Heating Plant is located in Qingyuan West Road of Daxing District of Beijing.
The newly-built DN400 high-pressure B ( designed pressure 2.5 MPa ) pipeline of the project is connected to the high-pressure B pipeline DN700 of Luqiu Road, laid 2.5 km to the east along Qingyuan West Road, and then entered the heating plant. After pressure regulation, it supplies gas to the heating plant. This engineering adopts the mechanical pipe jacking method to cross the Luqiu Road and the Railway.
The engineering builds a high-pressure B-medium-pressure natural gas pressure regulator station in yard of the heating plant. The inlet pressure is 2.5 MPa and the outlet pressure is 0.4 MPa. The pressure regulator station is equipped with 3 medium-pressure outlets, of which the two outlets supply the gas for the first and second phases of the heating plant, and the designed gas supply capacity of each outlet is 4X104 Nm3/h. At the same time, combined with the gas development planning of Daxing district, another outlet is used for gas supply to the surrounding medium-pressure pipe network, and the gas supply capacity is designed to be 3X104 Nm3/h.
The construction of this project not only provides gas source for Kangzhuang heating plant, but also supplies gas for medium-pressure pipe network, increasing the reliability of gas supply in this area.
