Guanyinsi Heating Plant Boiler Coal-to-Gas switch Engineering is located in Guanyinsi street in Daxing street. The original heating plant used five 90-ton coal-fired boilers with a heating area of 5.5 million square meters. After the design and transformation, five 58MW gas boilers and three 9.3MW gas heat pumps were installed. The gas load of the boiler room was 3.58 X 104 Nm3/h.

The gas source of the project is connected to the current DN500 sub-high pressure A (design pressure 1.0 MPa) natural gas pipeline from the South Central Axis Road, and a new DN400 sub-high pressure A pipeline is built along the Huangma Road to the west for 4.94km, and it is laid to the heating plant. A newly built sub-high pressure - medium pressure regulator station supplies gas for the heating plant.

This engineering adopts mechanical jacking to cross the 6th ring road and Mahuang Road.

In this project, a sub-high pressure - medium-pressure regulator station is set up in the Guanyinsi heating plant, with a design gas supply capacity of 5x104 Nm3/h and two outgoing lines, one of which (with a gas supply capacity of 4x104 Nm3/h) supplies gas for this boiler room. The other outgoing line (gas supply capacity 1x104 Nm3/h) supplies gas to the municipal medium-pressure pipe network.

The construction of this project not only meets the gas demand of the heating plant, but also greatly improves the gas supply capacity in this area.
