The boiler room heating system construction of Beijing new airport settlement building project (Yufa cluster) is a BOT project providing heating services to 12,588 new airport settlement households.

The new airport settlement building project is of great political significance, and its heating project is also an important part of the settlement building project. This project includes 3 boiler rooms, 15 heating stations, 3km municipal pipeline and gas pipelines and other constructions. The project has complete categories, tight construction period, wide operation area and great supervision difficulty.

In the process of supervision, we made full use of the management experience of similar projects and did a good job with our policies (3 managements, 3 controls and 1 coordination). The project successfully passed the completion and trial operation acceptance, and has already provided normal heating services for residents.
