This project, located in Deshengmenwai in Xicheng District of Beijing, is a boiler rooms low-nitrogen renovation project with a heating area of 181,000 square meters. In this renovation, all existing equipment will be dismantled and one set of 4.2MW gas-fired hot water boiler and two sets of 2.8MW gas-fired hot water boilers and supporting facilities could be installed. The original 25 # and 27 # boiler rooms could be merged, the 25 # boiler room could be expanded, and the location of the 27 # courtyard could be changed into a heat exchange station. The heating range could be divided into 7 different zones.

In this project, the primary water supply and return pipeline is led from the boiler room of 25 # courtyard to the current heating water supply and return interface of 27 # courtyard. The designed DN200 thermal exterior line is 740 meters in total, of which 560 meters are directly buried and 180 meters are overhead.
