The strategic emerging industry headquarters base in Liuxiandong is located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, covering an area of 3000.15m2, a total construction area of 9047.20m2, a total cooling area of 1.6M m2 and a total cooling load of 112613 kW.

According to Party A's requirements, the design cycle is only one week, and some specialties have to reach the design depth of the construction drawing. Such harsh conditions have greatly hindered the development of the project. However, the project team of the company has the courage to accept the challenge and strive to overcome all difficulties and complete the project as scheduled. After continuous communication with Party A, the BUGET Liuxiandong project team found problems, controlled quotations and saved investment in the early design phase. During the project, some designers fell ill due to excessive tension and overwork, but under the guidance of "craftsman's spirit", they still stuck to the front line and kept improving their belief, finally casting the successful completion of the Liuxiandong project.

On October 22, 2018, at 23o'clock, the company finally completed the feasibility study text and some professional preliminary design drawings of the project, and created a miracle after the Universal Studios project.
